Was the male testicles supposed to be some type of aprodesiac (sp?)? Well at least his family didn't try to fry the female testicles (LOL)
Pigs feet with macorni, sounds good...with chicken hearts--no good.
Pork rinds, eggs, raman noodles and sausage..sounds like a yummy meal.
What do you think of "Lambs Head (aka Cabessa in spanish).
The Butcher would saw the head in half and my mother would season it and bake it in the oven (the smell was sickening). My sister and father ate this delicacy and would fight over the eyeballs. (yuck). Naturally, there was plenty of brain to eat so they didn't fight over this much.
Another delicicay was a cow's stomach intestines....seasoned and spread out in a roasting pan .... it was a gagging experience to smell it as it baked.

The most weirdest thing I ever ate was Ostrich at an Austailian restaurant I must admit it isn't to bad.

I am very picky and I don't eat food I don't know what it is so I don't really eat wierd food

for example one time my mom made something and said I could not get up from the table until I ate the food so I sat at the table all night but I still never ate the food
