Very Dissapointed With Breakaway

I am very dissapointed with breakaway. I claimed my cc points (for the first time) on 1/1/07. I did not qualify because I didn't make enough deposits. I take all the blame for that. I lost the cc points, no big deal I have more. So I have been depositing there all this month so I will be able to qualify this time. When I tried to redeem my cc points about a week ago I got a message saying I could not redeem my points again because I have already redeemed them this month. Well my redemption was unsucessful the first time. So I guess whether a redemption is successful or not you only get 1 chance per month? If I had know that I would not have deposited at Breakaway all month like I have. Maybe I didn't read the t&c completely. I have emailed breakawy over and over and have NOT received a single response. NOT ONE! That's not the type of cs I expected from Breakawy. I talk to their live chat over and over and all they keep saying is it's not their place to help me with this matter and I need to email them. Apparently it's no one's place to resolve this issue. I will not deposit any more of money with them. If I have messed up with my cc points redemption fine, JUST TELL ME.

I did the exact same thing at New York Casino.An attempt to claim is treated as a completed claim.You have to wait 30 days after a failed attempt to
enter a new claim.The rule is 1 claim per thirty days whether successful or not.
I'm sorry to see it happen to someone else.I guess I should have posted what happened to me to prevent something like this again.OH well,
lesson learned and I've gotten my CC points back and then some since then.
I do still deposit there since it was my error.

Your claim was ineligible, so you have to wait the next month So sorry
The Casino credit you only when they receive the copy of your claim and if it is ineligible, there is no way to resolve it. It happened to me with another casino last year.

The redeem part is on the CC side - AND THE SUBMISSION PART IS NOTHING TO DO WITH BREAKAWAY - (they take over once you have succesfully claimed and they receive the claim from us)..

The fact is - you DID already redeem your points (but didn't read the terms and so did not qualify).

If you had simply PM'd me ASKING me to fix it rather than just go posting negative comments, I would have resolved this for you without question and you could have claimed this month..

As always with any complaints/issues, we ask that you PM me FIRST - BEFORE posting and giving negativity about an offer that a casino has been good enough to give us.

Please - THINK before posting similar in future and PM me if you get probs first - don't just go bad-mouthing the casino.

And overall READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING - that's why we spend all this time posting lol
