as a regular customer at breakaway rtg i can tell you that i have almost always gotten a free cash back chip after depositing... and losing. i don't usually take deposit bonuses cause i actually think i might win and don't have to worry about playthrough, but if you deposit and lose go to live support and ask what is available as far as cash back or free chips. i don't think they've ever said no unless there has been no deposit in between free chips.

wow! I can't believe that. I seriously have always gotten cash back or a free chip without doing the deposit bonus. I mean i just played like two days ago and got cash back. it's usually only 15 or 20 percent of the deposit, but hey free is free. my suggestion is be persistant... but polite
