The chatpersons are great hear at VL, they are not to blame, but as I understood Management does not think I deposite enough!!
Unbelieveble!It was my favourite casino, and I was even thinking of writing a review about them, but this is the second time I cannot redeem a coupon!I deposited last week,am fed up with this!

I was denied this coupon also. Support told me it was because my account is less than 6 months old, I lack 10 days of that. Unfortunately the coupon expires before that 6 month anniversary date. Crying or Very sad
