I like to advise to read with attention their terms:

Offer only available to those players to whom the offer was sent who are either a) playing for the very first time for Real Money OR b) have made at least 1 Real Money deposit after May 1, 2005.

If you hit the minimum vager requirement and you are not a depositor player you can't cash out.

Hi! Has anyone been able to contact support here? I used your link above took your advise to contact support about vanity card but my emails (used their link from their site) kept getting returned to me. I then used the sites (800) number and it just rang like 2 doz. times then clicked to a busy signal. Free money 's free money and all but I just wanted to put the word out. Good luck guys.
