cantlose8, this questionaire was sent via email originally. I forget the exact date that it ends, but I think it's something like the 21st or 22nd of this month. Accounts will be credited after then.
I received the email last Wednesday I believe, so chances are 200 people have already completed the questionaire. Just have to wait and see I guess.

One question to everyone. Do u have difficult to get some important/not important e-mails to your mail-inbox (even trash-folder), for example to Hotmail...
Becuase i don't get every my important message/mails, and i have to fix their (hotmail) spam-filter every time, because Msn-support tell me, that they try to make spam-free-perfect-world... But bad news is that, some e-mails disappear, before i get that (no inbox, no trashmail)

As for your question about getting emails...try Yahoo's free email account. They filter emails, but they have a BULK folder that the email goes to. You can choose to mark it "Not Spam" and the next time it should arrive in your Inbox.
