Your guess is as good as mine. I think maybe it goes out to players who depsited in the previous month & depending on your total deposits is what decides if you get the $5,$10 or $20..........or i'm sure something of the sort. I deposited last month but I think it was only a toaal of $25 or $30. I use to only play at Sci-Fi until about the last 8-10 months I been tring out a few new ones & play at all jackpots a lot. I still deposit at Sci-Fi atleast 1 time each month(sometimes a few times) just because I love their customer service/support & there are no hassles cashing out, no forms or even proof of ID if using neteller. I have received random email from them from time to time giving me a free chip but not lately except when I asked for a b-day free bonus & asked after I had played my deposit & only got $5. Last year I think I got $15 without asking. Anyhow, Sci-Fi is Awsome even without the free chips........Great customer service and easy cashouts get my attention & will deposit there instead of somewhere I could get 3X - 6X the bonus.
