I keep getting server is busy and I can't download it.

I really liked these casino games, so deposited. I tried to deposit with Neteller... my first attempt was declined and my second was approved. I lost it all, but when I went to Neteller, I found they had taken the $20 twice but never credited me with it. I went to live help to find out about getting it back, and had to wait about a week. Then, I was sent an email saying that because i am from Australia, I am actually not allowed an account there so they returned both my deposits. I am glad now that i hadn't had a big win or it would have been pretty disappointing.

So if you are from Australia, you can't have an account, even though they will accept your deposits (and will return them to you). But I hope those that win don't also have to wait about a week to cashin. Shame really, I liked the games!!

Try reinstalling your video card driver's for your computer it's not the software try this and see what happen's

I downloaded the casino, and installed it, but can't get it to run.

I keep on getting a Cannot Run Downloadhelper.dll and keeps on saying it cannot run Install.CMD saying it can't find the CMD.

Do you have to have Windows XP to run this software, because I only have Windows ME?

Because in BallWall661's post he indicated Giant Vegas which I believe is a Playtech and don't allow US Players.

Is Giant Palace Casino and Giant Vegas Casino the same group?

Hi aj, heres something you can try. Go to your c drive press programs, and see if there is a program Giant palace exe, if there is delete it and remove all shortcuts and start over. If you see any other casino shells in this area that are no longer on your computer delete those too. Sounds like there is another casino shell not allowing Giant Palace to run. Worth a try. Also does not hurt to run total scans and sweeps on computers often when using online casinos they send a lot of adware with these programs and when not in use or no longer used these should be removed from your computer completely. Hope this helps, I have heard of a lot of people having problems with this software download and speed etc, I have none at all but I keep my computer cleaned out on a normal basis..

its Giant Palace Casino and they use to be Playtech they changed software so USA can play there. it's isn't the casino that is turning American player's away it's the software company, that's why you can't find any playtech casino's that take US player's
