hi....I just downloaded and installed royal apollo casino and opened real playerr account but when i went to cashier there was no $30 nd signup chip... there wasn't even one for $21 like it said on the banner i used so could someone please tell me how you get this? thank you...

i would suggest waiting a bit and refreshing as Petie says and if it's not there in about an hour then contact support and ask.

Unfortunately, some people are in the Rival system as not eligible for bonuses but sometimes support will change this but please remember to be polite, patient and courteous to support staff as they are governed by rules set by the casino

thank you bobb.i just downloaded and had to go to support cause bonus was not in cashiers cage and the bonus is for $10.00 not 21.00 or 30.00 that's what i was told in support anyways.good luck e1

I signed up and the $21 was in the promotion section ready to claim. Got it with no problem.

When I signed up, I had to contact live chat. No waiting and I got the $21 right away.
