I have sent 5 screenshots of probs I am having when I go to cashier I can not see the balance, redeem a coupon, or deposit and this happens on all smartload casino software. I am sorry you are having problems, shotgunner. I have downloaded Vegas Lucky, redeemed the coupon and made my deposit with no problems at all. It shows my proper balance and just what the required playthough is.
Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstall, maybe some part didn't install properly the first time.
