Do Pantasia Rival Casino Require Fax Back Forms

Ok Crushers, i can't find any details of this but need to know if Pantasia Rival casino require fax back forms or other id for a withdrawal via Neteller.

I have sent them an email but waiting for a reply so thought i would ask you here.

Any info you give me will be helpful.

I have done small cashouts from most of them but only 2 or 3 asked for fax back forms and pantasia wasn't one of them.When asked at paradise what was holding my withdrwal they said they wanted fax back forms even tho they never told me until i talked to live support and they said eventually after cashing out all Rivals would ask for fax back forms.

Thanks for the reply Charla, i have sent formsin to sloto etc but will wait now for Pantasia to send me the forms, i have asked them if they are needed so hopefully they wont string me along for days before telling me lol
