That FAQ was actually " How To's and Reviews" up at the top of the page.
It has lots of info and a good place to check if you have questions. CC is great about making all it's info on the site quick and easy to find. "When in doubt, just look in the red" 
is what I always say. I've been a very actitve member for over 4 years and I still use it often.
