First, it has to be a VISA. If you have VISA, Bovada works for me with a prepaid Western Union Card. Everygame works, but takes more than your deposit and returns it in a couple of days, and Inetbet has the OK Pay Voucher system that works alright but it's a pain in the butt to register. I got my prepaid card at 7-11. Hope ths helps.

you can get a netspend visa card on the internet for free and you can use your paypal money to fund it or go to a retailer and load it for a $2 fee. thats what i use and have never had a problem.
