Payment Delays - Please read

Dear Crushers,

I am very sorry that payments are delayed much more than usual.

Unfortunately, our advertising earnings have not been as high recently and as such it will take a while to catch up with everything.

I would prefer that we continue to offer some (possibly) smaller cash prizes which will be paid when we get more money - rather than stop until we have caught up.

I am estimating that we will be next in a position to start making payments around the middle of next month.

As for priority, it is only fair we pay those who are VIP (depositing) members with active VIP accounts / earning VIP points. However of course we do want everyone to be paid as soon as possible.

I would appreciate no chasing up further on payments - as always - we have paid as soon as possible.

In order to help us with the backlog it might be that we need to reduce some of the cash contests next month, and perhaps look at alternative prizes.

What can you do to help? If you would like to help - keep telling your friends about us, bring them here, Like and Tweet pages you think will be of interest to others, and keep posting using our LUU (link-us-up) banners here and at our other sites.

Whatever the prizes are for the contests are is fine with me; I like to enter them for the fun of it. This is still the most giving and fun forum on the internet; the best of them all! Very Happy

I agree. We can play for the fun of it, or if you get any casinos to donate any free chips, we could play for casino money.
Im willing to take a month off and just play for fun or cc points, as Im sure everyone is.
This is like a family, and families have to help each other out.

Thank you Geno for the update and your honesty. I, like the rest of our "family", completely understand the situation. I say just have CC points for the next month or 2 to get caught up and clear the winners slate.

I most certainly am not here for the money and definitely don't want you to risk the site in any way, shape, or form. Do what ever you deem necessary to get back on track. Our whole "family" will still be here no matter what!

We appreciate everything you have done, continue to do, and will do for us.

Right now im about to loose my house myself. I just lost my job and the wife havent had an income in six months since shes got diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis.. But what the hell its only Money and i still have my good looks to show of Very Happy

I am thinking and would hope Geno that it is not money being the reason we come to CC but more the fun and CCers and STAFF..The money is just a extra thrown in (bonus).I agree with most of the above as we can still have contest for CCs or even a merchandise (if thats cheaper)I hope that everyone understands there is no reason to chase a payment down and after telling someone that to many times I think because its not a bill they are collecting but its a gift that should be the last gift in line because believe it or not if a bill collector calls me over and over and one mabey 1 time in a week then that is the one thats going to get paid first instead of the one constantley bugging me but our CCers should understand what you posted as its really not something you owe but its something you choose to gift us with Smile

I have been coming here a long time. It is always my first stop when I get on the computer. Money has nothing to do with it. It is friends and family atmosphere that I come for - the money is always a "bonus" when I win and lets me play some casinos when I am too broke to do on my own. If CC never paid out money it wouldn't stop me.

We love our Geno and STAFF!!!!!! What a boring life without you online Smile

Guys and gals,

I'm making payments to those with Everygame as their payment method today, until the account is empty. This is because Everygame pay our advertising commission nice and early into my account so I can use it for transfers wink

So, if you're quick and change your payment method (if it's not already Everygame) - you MUST do this by simply requesting it via "My Payment Method" from the main menu AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS (ie. submit the correct information - Account ID + Surname as per the account) .. . NO NEED TO SEND ME A PM - I will see when you submit it wink

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME PRIVATE MESSAGES ABOUT PAYMENTS - it will only slow payments down wink

Please just use the form if you want to get the money in Everygame today.

This is not a guarantee that you will get it today, and other payment options will be paid - but those with Everygame as their payment method I am paying first, and those that choose it within the next little while will have the chance.

Don't worry if you don't want to have your prize money paid into Everygame - you can stick with your current method and I'm sure we will have money to pay on other methods over the next days and weeks wink

(I never know exactly when so please don't ask).

After about 30-60 minutes I will be requesting any remainder is cashed out to pay others with other methods.

If this causes ANY questions / confusions / troubles - I won't do this kind of thing again and will just stick to your chosen methods and not suggest what I can do quickest wink
