I had an old account at dreampoker - and got the spins, so my Mum opened an account with Gnuf...the freespins weren't there, so she sent an email to Gnuf help, who said that it was only a special bonus for dreampoker players, but then they sent her the bonus a few weeks later anyway... So you could always try sending an email

I used to have a dream poker account and i never did receive the $10 n/d they offered to join them then, and i too have not received the 25 Free / Bonus Spins at Gnuf too.

So i have sent them an email reminding them of just that. I'll report here what happens.
