November 2012 Tell Us About Contest..1..winners

Well the one I remember the most was on Thanksgiving and about 30 of us expected out to parents for dinner when they lost their power.They didn't have a generator but they did have a wood stove and they heated everything on the stove and it turned out wonderful..probably about 1986.

Thee coldest was when I live in Yakima, Wa 1995, the worst blizzard of 100 years. But it was neat that the whole town was stuck inside with their family, by a fireplace, playing board games, etc.... I loved those 3 days.

But in 2001 it was very nice outside and we got a call that my daughter in law was gonna have our 2nt granddaughter and we went to the hospital on this beautiful ,exciting day(Dale could not drive yet due to his brain injury).All of a sudden right before she gave birth I saw snow.(we dont have snow often so I dont drive in it)and by the time she gave birth we had about 4 to 6 inches and I had to drive.My brother drove in back of us knowing how nervous I was then seeing 4x4s off the hiway in the ditches just made it worse.I drove about 15 miles an hour but not once did I slide and was proud of myself and surprised Dales side didn't have finger gripes in it.That was November 28th (as I never will forget my granddaughters birthday or the surprise snow storm and thats the last time I drove in the snow...

LOL OJ Thats 3 to 4 hrs away from me..Yakima..just across the pass...

I can't specifically remember all the dates but i every year i love it when indian summer comes. that sudden warmth for a few days is awesome especially if the days prior was wet and cold.

We are usually in the 60's here in NC but I remember wearing shorts in December in the 80's

Really? i can't remember last week ! but here is my truth. i actually recall the weather from November 1991. it was the month and year i got married. it was a beautiful day... sunshine, light breeze, a motorcycle riding kinda day, if you weren't being a bride.

Last year's November was pretty mild, and I'm thinking that this year will be even milder. But here in Iowa, you'll never know what Mother Nature's gonna throw at you. I just hope it's not snow! *shudders*

I don't know... Every November is cold in Italy where i live But... i think this year is less cold....

the coldest was when i was 7 there was a bad freezing rain storm power was out for 12 hours brrr

It still is warm here now. Cools off at nighttime.

this Nov. seems to be pretty warm in California.

Lived in Illinois in 1991 along side of the Mississippi River. Temp at one point was a high of -1 degrees with a wind chill of over 20 below. Mississippi was frozen over completely. Moved out of there soon after that!!!

This year on Halloween it was the warmest I remember. Usually it is extremely cold for trick or treaters but this year it was very nice!
