Not sure if its exotic but it makes me sick every time I think about it. (Vacationing in Mexico we went to an authentic Mexican Restaurant we were the only Americans there. Our guide had us order the combo plate. Everything looked and tasted great but I didn't like the looks of the meat. Asked what it was and the guide said try it then I'll tell you ... I did and he told me it was cat OMG its been 35 years and it still makes me sick to think about it)
