Yes all the same rules apply. All they did in my opinion was that they changed their name. Because new owners you would think that they would let you open a new account, but nope you have to keep your old accounts if you have one.
Bets placed on Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Pai Gow, Video Poker, Craps and Sic Bo do not count towards the wager requirement. $/€/£1 wagered on Ante in Caribbean Poker counts as $/€/£0.50 towards the wager requirement.
