never mind that last reply, i just got my answer. i went to my all jackpots account and was trying it out, to see if it had changed. it has. it is now all slots usa and i tried my royal joker acct info and it opened it.

So I finally got everything working with the new U.S. version of All Slots. I am NOT impressed.

-No tournaments
-Many missing games
-No bank wire transfer for withdrawls

Tried it out just with play money, couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. This does not bode well for real money play.

Has anyone played real money there yet?

And my last question/bitch - - - what will happen to our Royal Joker Points Redeems? I am due to redeem on June 3, am I just plain out of luck?

My impression of All Slots U.S. Version is NOT improving. Sent them an email over 12 hours ago just asking a few simple questions and have yet to receive even an automated reply. So long Microgaming for me.

Dear all,

Thanks for all your posts and your great questions which I will be putting to our casino contacts / affiliate managers on your behalf.

I wanted to give it a few days before collating questions because THIS IS NEW REMEMBER! So, I would expect they are going to have a few 'teething problems' as they start, migrate accounts etc etc.

SO PLEASE PLEASE BE PATIENT - THE WAIT I'M SURE WILL BE WORTH IT.

The thing to remember is - they are trying and I'm guessing this has been in the pipeline for some time - so they do want to get everything right - but it will probably take time.

I have taken note of all the questions and will find out answers for you but again - PLEASE - I ask you to be patient. We've been waiting for this for a long time already - let's give them a bit of a break eh and I'm sure it will be worth it wink

These are the questions that I have sent ...

1. Are they gonna let the banned states play? (e.g. I live in nevada and none of the microgaming that i had accts with will let me play).

2. Will U.S. players get to play progressive slots again?

3. Will U.S. players now get to play the newly released games we have not been able to play?

4. Will NEW customers now be accepted from the U.S ?

5. What about Tourneys?

6. Some games listed but grayed out and I was not able to download them - will they become available?

7. What happens to the monthly CC Point Redeems? My month for Royal Joker is up June 3...after the transition ?

8. Will "bank wire transfer" for withdrawls be an option? in future?
