I have spoken with support on the phone..they told me as long as my account was open before the ban AND I have NOT used a credit card..only neteller (which is my case) that I can still play there...and I have and cashed out a couple of times. If you have not registered a credit card there and only neteller I would call support and they will help...lets not forget ..the ban is NOT about gambling..it's about using your credit card and/or bank accounts FOR gambling on line!!

I hope you all get it resolved!!

WHOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!! My Maple Casino is NOW back open!! I live in one of the banned states Oregon, and because I did deposit there before the ban and since I used Neteller.. they said my account was closed due to a processing error.. I don't care what error I am just glad I can play there again. I talked to live support, told them my account was closed, told them I had deposited with Neteller before the ban and they re-opened it
Now I HOPE it stays open. I can play microgaming games again! YES!

I read the post above and was wonering if I could get my account reopened . So I called the casino and spoke to Nadine and she told me once the account was locked there was no way to open this account . But I could open a new account with Maple casino . I am going now to try this . i will come back and let you all know if it works for me . I sure hope it dose because I like the slots better at microgaming casinos better .

This was the reply I got from the casino. I don't know how some people got there accounts reopened . I have tried every thing and I get no where . I get really upset when I hear some one from the bannded states get to play and others do not . But I am happy for the ones that can play and wish it was me . So just so you know I am not angery with you Valeria , I am happy for you . But it is like when someone gets a credit for a code and another one dose not .To me it is just not fair . Oh well here is my respond .
