Just be aware this is Prism casino and if you have ever redeemed a free bonus there they won't pay you out. This happened to me and I won after playing the playthrough. They refused to pay out because I had used the free bonus at Prism.

Yes, i had the same thing happen!!
Won over $2000 with my free chip,played it through and they would not let me withdraw and locked me out of casino!!!
