There seems to be a problem with the game. When it loads there is the message that you do not have enough funds to play and gives an option to deposit. When canceled the game doesn't load and the tournament trophy icon is in the corner showing 0 time and no ranking. The rest of the screen is black.
I tried reloading several times and also refunded the game and reentered with the same results.

I'm sorry to say that after another conversation with our contact that there does seem to be a problem with this tournament (maybe that game in a tournament) and so if you are able to play - great - but if not - then you should wait until next month's tournament - there is too little time to set up a new one and this would be unfair on anyone that has been able to take part.

I have mentioned the problem you had with getting a password reset and lack of Live Chat support - I can only suggested you try contacting them by their support email (from their website). I have asked them to find your account and send you a password reset by email but this may need to come from you directly from your registered email account for your Slotastic account.
