Nice contest!

I prefer a good old fashioned tent. I love the outdoors, been a huge fan of camping since I was younger and if I had the choice between the two I would still pick the tent. Nothing like sleeping in a sleeping bag on the ground wondering if something will get ya LOL.

The best part of waking up is cooking a full breakfast on the grill. Oh my the good ole days

i need a cottage no tent for me

I love any kind of camping! I think this year I will really get the chance to (been about 10 years). I like feeling so close to nature in a tent. However, the comforts of a bed is a nice thing too. My bones aren't getting any younger and I feel them more than I used to.

I choose tenting over a cottage or trailer any day. I wish I could say the same for the rest of my family, the woosies.

My great uncle, god rest his soul, loved roughing it and passed on that love to me. You weren't a kid unless you slept in a tent, went swimming in the lake, and had a fishing rod permantly attached to your hand. When we went camping, he always had about 50 extra fishing rods in the trunk of the car. Don't think there was ever a kid at any camp site we stayed at that didn't get the opportunity to try fishing. Come to think of it, he would even convince other adults that didn't fish to at least give it a try. Great memories!

no tents for me! i despise all bugs, spiders and hate peeing outdoors. I need a a nice cabin with a bed!
