It was sent to my home address mail box, if you have deposited at a jackpot factory casinos then try all your account numbers to see if any of them are eligable....... Only one account number will be eligable. GOOD LUCK 2 ALL!

I received one too, and I have deposited at almost all of them in the last couple of months. It had my Wild Jack's account so I just used that one. But I received $25 in my account. I am not a big depositer so I felt kind of special for a minute...and it was gone in another minute so hahahaha

Yes, Rhonda you are correct it does state what you posted above but if you are not eligable than when you enter your account # a window will pop up saying you are not eligable. I have been eligable before and not received the mailer and I have also got the message saying I am not eligable. Also, if your eligable for the bonus it is only for 1 jackpot factory casino account & you have to try them one by one to know which account is eligable.

Ua normally it tells you you arenot eligible vur rhis time around It didn't give me that popup saying I was ineligible either so I contacted support but couldnt get it this time around oh well next time I will be Im sure!
