Casino Silver pays if you deposit and win.It's clearly stated in their website that the 25$ in only fun money..I haven't played there but someone I know has always received winnings in about 48hrs or so...

I rec'd a second response to my inquiry from help desk, and apparently I had redeemed a n/d bonus there in April.
So anyhow, my mistake.

I used to play at casino silver but stopped because getting them to honor their own purchase bonus promos was like pulling teeth every time and nothing has changed except the name. I have opened a help ticket and emailed per the instructions of their site to redeem the slot lovers bonus as well as the 30% bonus that is standard on weekends, that was i guess a little over a day and a half ago. The response i keep getting is that it my help ticket has been forwarded to the promo dept/accounting dept and they'd get back to me on monday. today is monday, and no response and no change in my balance. i find it shady and dishonest and whether or not they end up honoring it, their lack of responsiveness and inability to honor what they advertise in a timely manner makes it clear to me that they don't care about their players and their satisfaction and for me, that is unacceptable.

you of course can make up your own mind, but having more information always helps when deciding where to deposit.
