Hiya Josie, yes all the Rival Casinos are connected hun, they all have the same support team, and it is also correct that you need to wait an hour inbetween claiming free credits if a few are offering them, it doesn't mean you wont get them, they have always had this policy in place. Sometimes you can get away with redeemimg them without the hour inbetween but if it does ever decline a freebie after you have had one from another Rival just leave it the hour then try again and you should be ok.

Starcaster the support team dealing with your problem seems more than helpful from reading that, They did not deny you the bonus and you will get it but sometimes these things do happen, at any casino. I have had this happen many times.

I hope you were not referring to CC members when you say "Forum" complaints as Irish Luck Casino have been fantastic sponsors here.

Just because you dont like Rival casinos does not mean that is everyones choice and its not right for you to be posting a chat session you had which in my opinion does not make this Casino at fault.

This is my opinion lol

lol i depsoted 50 here took no bonus have never taken a bonus here made 3 different 100$ withdraws. that was on monday today i got an email saying my 100$ withdraw has been reversed as requested? wtf????? so i got on live chat and asked for a manager and eric told me he was the manager and there was problem in the security department. and they were in the process of emailing me but of course i havnet gotten any email? eric was very rude and just disconnected our chat... but why would they just reverse my withdraw. thats is just bad casino business PERIOD. AND IM PRETTY SURE THEY DONT want to PAY. avoid irish luck at all costs if they screw ya out of a couple hundred watchout

ive deposited everywhere on the internet. never has a casino just reversed my withdraw a week after making it. i know cc likes these guys because they sponsor a lot of our contests but has any1 here ever been paid by these guys? its only a couple hundred buks there trying 2 cheat me out of..

so heres my last chat with eric. just now ive been asking why they reversed my withdraw they keep telling me ill get an email but i dont get 1? i waited in queue gor 30 minuts and then he put me on hold for 40 more?????????/? and came back and didn't tell me anything is this really the kind of casino we should give our money 2?
