Can someone please tell me what the 11 banned states are? Vicky at Brandy is great and asked me if I knew. Maybe if I can get this info to her she may be able to help us out! Can someone please let me know?

this is the famous eleven state's not accept U.S. players, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin.

The 11 states being shut out by microgaming casinos are Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin. This is due to state laws passed in those states which are totally different than the bill which was recently passed by our federal government.

LMom, I live in NY, so I'm in the same boat. You can still make deposits and play at RTG Casinos of which there are several good ones. I don't hesitate to recommend Club USA Casino. This law has nothing to do with people gambling at online casino's this law is making it illagal for banks to prosess online gambling transactions.

So basically it really doesn't matter which state because the Bill was signed for I believe all but 2 states. Am I correct? Or is this Bill only so credit card companies cannot fund ccounts?
