Right i just went to Live Support, and managed to get the terms and conditions that are displayed when you claim the bonus.

Yes I received the $5 as well. I believe it is only for the new games but when you claim in the cashier it does give you the T &C's.

I got the bonus, tried the new circus slot as they wanted me to - 1 cent -15 lines.
Hit 10 free spins after a while - 3 clowns -
and during these 10 spins hit again 3 clowns and again 4 clowns and again 3 clowns !!..
suddenly game froze, and I got nothing.
After a while I could play again, but the place where my cashstatus
should show up was not there anymore.
Thought I was still playing on some kind of " free spins" - after all it must have been pretty unusual with so may clowns, spins one after another.. ( stupid me, as usual..)
I could not see how much money was left from the 5 dollars, " lobbybox" was gone..Suddenly I was asked if I wanted to go to cashier, because I had no more cents left !..
Said no, and tried to login to game again several times - still nothing.
Talked to livechat, they said they would send me a mail, after technicians looked at it.
Heard nothing yet. Felt so stupid, actually could not believe my eyes when I saw all those clowns, thought this must be spins forever.
Maybe gamesoftware was broken somehow.
Anyone else experienced problems with the circusslot ?

Hey mto59...not on the circus but on the soap slot I found all of the guys and I got stuck..I think there are still some kinks they have to work out. I do love their slots though!
