Hetman Casino ....??

Hello fellow sitemates..!!! I am wondering if anyone else is, and/or was having trouble with "Hetman Casino"??? All of the games play properly... until I get to the Bonus Portion of gaming..... then the game never finishes loading ...it just freezes!!

I have tried emptying out cookies and temp files, uninstalling, deleting, redownloading...reinstalling!!!! ..... but all for....the big 'not'!!


All of the other games in all of my downloads (casinos....that is), they all run properly...no glitches, just my own opinions on what should be landing where..but that's just my own wishes..you know..anyhow!!!

Nothing is wrong with any of them, so I figure my scripts must be ahright as well.....

I don't know if this has anything to do with your problems but I played the tournaments last week, won $ 5.00 and then I got stuck on two bonus screens: Princess Jewel and What's Your Sign?. I logged in and out but both took me right back to the bonus and wouldn't let me spin on the bonus screen. I sent them an email asking them to "unstick" me. They replied that they don't allow US players and locked me out of the casino.

Yep Bob I am can not get tp play any of the bonus rounds on any of the games.

Thought it was just me nut loks like thats not the case. I have all the latest flashplayer etc etc and have no problem playing the other tourneys at superslots etc so really dont know the problem

Any advise from anyone would be great

Hi all the only thing i can think off is to email vegas technology and ask whats up!

So as i dont have the email address or could not google it up.

Maybe geno could sort some kind off meet for us.

Ok so i too have the same problems and was told through emails that they would get back to me and not to play the bonus slots until they do.

Ok so that was a while back now i guess it was the brush off move ok.

And this was there advice through are chats>

1.Please follow these instructions:

As a result of your casino problems we recommend that you remove the casino completely and start over the installation process. To completely remove the casino software please perform the following steps: 1. Close all casinos 2. Click on the Start Menu, and select Control Panel 3. Inside of the (for Windows 2000 Settings->) Control Panel window, click on the Add or Remove Programs 4. In the Add or Remove Programs, search for the casino name and select it. Then click on Remove 5. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to Remove 6. Confirm Removal. 7. Once removed you will need to go back to the My Computer window 8. Select the Local Disk (C in this window open the Program Files Folder 9. Inside the Program File Folder you want to search for the Folder with the Casino Name and delete the folder. 10. Also inside the Program File folder open Common folder and delete CasinoVegasShared folder. 11. Open Internet browser, open menu Tools->Internet Options?->General->Temporary Internet Files press button Delete Files? select Delete all offline content and press Ok. 12. Go back to the casino site and re-download the casino and install. 13. Make sure you can open the game from the Casino lobby before you play it in the TOURNAMENT. If you continue to have any further problems please do not hesitate to contact us at any time

Once you have done this go to www.adobe.com and download the flash and shockwave.

2. Make sure you have the newest versions off java installed.

I have thew same problem with Hetman. I tried the steps that were suggested and it didn't change anything. I liked playing the tournaments there because there were less people in the compition, but I gave up a while back. I don't know what else to do.

No worrys gjr1961 its good to know its just not us few the more with problems the more likely they will sort it out.

I dont understandhow a casino can go on with no bonus slots and not sort the problem out within the hour.

Ok crushers won $10 on a tourn the other day, just logged back in and tryed a bonus slot and the bonus slot worked fine.....
