Vegas Regal...........................

Thought i would try this casino out (Vegas Regal)and the software..... first timer in the new rival casino's... i deposited received 300% bonus lost in under 30 minutes playing .40 cent bets on the video slots.. a $128 dollars in that short of time at .40 cents a pull... dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out, lol... I contacted support to express my opinion and disappointment and a guy named Albert seemed to not even care.. Well that did it for me no rival gaming... I will spend my money somewhere were I can receive some respect and a little more action for my dollars...

I also received their 300 percent deposit and omg in all 100 dollars i received at the most 40 cent bets was gone less then half hour.I like the rivals but I know which one I wouldnt deposit again at lol.

I claimed the %300 and made the playthrough betting 40/60 and withdrew 300

well i might as well add my opinion(i know its not like me to make a comment lol)...but because someone loses their money very quickly in a short space of time does not mean their is a problem with the casino and i dont see why you would email the casino to register disapointment in losing money and im not surprised they didn't seem to care as you put it as they can't make you win...if everyone was to win at a casino their would no longer be casinos...personally i always lose my money at rival casinos very quickly but even at microgaming casinos i can lose £50 in less than 10 minutes playing small bets....thats why its called gambling..sometimes you win and other times you get your ass kicked real quick....but because you lose quick means nothing about a casinos good reputation

I would have to agree with the part about it being "gambling" Whether it be a Rival casino or Microgaming you stand the chance of winning and you stand the chance of losing. When it comes down to it, and especially with all the problems USA players have to deal with in concerns to online gambling I narrowed my list down to a few things. 1- I like no hassle withdrawals. I withdrew 1000.00 my first time with slotocash. It was processed in 2 days and in my usemywallet account the next day. Villento was the same thing I cashed out 4500.00 and within 4 days it was in my usemywallet account. The last thing I consider is the ease of asking for a special bonus ere and there and actually getting one. I ended my relationship with a big online casino group because I had deposited thousands to them and when I asked for some free comps I was told to deposit and they would give me 10% on my deposit--I was also considered a VIP player. I told them to close my accounts. I can remember being in a losing slump and asked slotocash for some bonus credits--Two minutes later they told me a bonus was in my account. Broxi make a comment lol?Well when it comes to gambling my 2 cents is I most always play rivals and like I said I will continue to play rivals but not this casino as I had no luck at all and it seems being gambling you have more luck at some then others and those are the ones I will stick with and Broxi you are braver (or richer)then I as if I lost that much at a casino that fast that tells me to go somewhere else but of course you have your good days and bad days and yep thats called gambling lol....

guess thats why its called gambling i deposit 30 at Regal took the 300% made the playthrough and cashed out an even 1000 i gave them my documents the same min at withdrew and had the money in my Neteller account in 3 days

I played at rival casinos, and to me, in my opinion, your either blessed on that day or your not, i have won some huge amounts from them, on all games, it seems like i was a chosen one that day and no matter what i do i just win,
And other days it seems like im cursed, no matter what game i play i just aint going to win at all.

This is dead easy to say and very hard to do, but if you don't start winning, you should save a bit and try again the next day or two. Thats advise that i have never done, but i know it works.
