Hi dmuynb, here is the information I received on the maximum cash out:

COUPON TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Policy on Free chips Depositing players may cashout unlimited free chips at 5x chip amount up to $50 maximum, provided at least one deposit and matchplay coupon/bonus is redeemed between each free chip.
