I had an old account at dreampoker - and got the spins, so my Mum opened an account with Gnuf...the freespins weren't there, so she sent an email to Gnuf help, who said that it was only a special bonus for dreampoker players, but then they sent her the bonus a few weeks later anyway... So you could always try sending an email

I'm sooo glad that some receive the free spins I had weeks ago sent emails and they responded and even telephoned me
