Hi,
Im soooo sorry that some of you are having a hard time....Please dont
give up as Belle Rock Gaming is a very reputable Group an their Customer
Service is Excellent.....At least that is my experience with them....I have
never heard anything negative regarding them begore....Its probably a
glitch somewhere.....dont hesitate to call them 1-800-768-1946..

HOLY COW ! I had the same problem, but - I called support and they fixed it right away and I have my additional 15 bucks - so there is hope - great customer service - THANKS FOR THE NEW POST - wooooohoooo another 15 !!! hee hee

Well I got an email the other day and they offered me $25 to try them out. I applied and got the $25 and I have it now up to $100 (I was up to $200 but played a $100 off) lol. Now I am trying to figure out if I can cash out.
