I received this email as well, but am having wierd problems with the software. I open software and I dont even get a choice to log in, only exit. I contacted support about this and they told me it is because they are experiancing lots of traffic and to just try later. That was 14hours ago now so dont know whats going on with this. Again its probably just my silly computer actting up on me lol

I just tried again and it said casino is temporarily unavailable so they are either upgrading or having tech problems. We can only keep trying. I have tried since last night.

I also had trouble with sci-fi and know breakaway.I'm just gonna wait a day or so. than maybe it will be easier.maybe even lucky,lol

I think it has to do with the recent upgrade RTG just went through. I know Inetbet also experienced some problems today.

I am sure they will get it all sorted out very soon..

I had the same problem with breakaway, and so after several attempts in a 10 hour period I simply reloaded the software and was able to log in with no problem. You might try just download the software again, with the casino in my system already it took less than 1 minute and if fixed my problem. I hope this helps, good luck, and happy gaming
