This is a microgaming site and they only do deposit bonuses by invite....sometimes there are in house contests and things like random gifts...but no coupons...these are the usual microgaming games so try several others such as fortune ... I believe that only the 11 banned states are disallowed at King Neptunes.
Unfortunately I do reside in one of them; but previous to the change I played at King Neptune quite frequently and never had any problems with deposits or withdraws.
