I always start way, way to late and only finish just before christmas. I get mad at myself and say I am gonna do it different every year but I never do

well i do mine all last minute, usually getting thrown out of the shops as they close xmas eve lol.
It wouldnt be xmas without manic panic for me heehee

I generally try to get the shopping done early.... starting in November and finishing at least a couple weeks before Christmas. This year was all messed up tho and I finished Dec. 23. What a hastle.
