I have cashed out from inetbet many times and have always had my winnings paid within 24hrs. It is usually around 12 hours to be honest.
I am in the UK so it was Neteller for me but I know a lot of people from the USA have cashed out in the same time using ecocard.
They are a good casino and very helpful no matter what the problem.
