When you use that link and enter your info a new page comes up after you hit enter where I think if you qualified they would have sent you an email, because the second page is the same but it has a box for a promotion code. So if you qualify you probably get an email with that promo code after entering your info at the first page. Anyone who has gotten this please let everyone else know if this is the case.

and PS if you have the promo code that would be usefull too
