It says "EST" (Eastern Standard Time) - I think that's what it stands for...

It's NOT "GMT" (my time) ...

HI EVERYONE...I'm sorry I missed you all in chat tonight...I truly intended to be there but I am in the middle of moving from one house to a apartment until my new house is finished...YUCK!!!!!!!!!....total pain in the butt!..and got caught up doing things with the house..
