I received same mail for 10 spins on hitman at Goldreef, but i can't load the game, and i tried at all casino action accounts i have and can't load the game on any of them.
Which reminds me, that once casino rewards offered 50 free spins at one of their casino's and i managed somehow to claim 50 free spins at 3 seperate casino rewards casino's, even though the email said i could only claim it at Casino Kingdom.
Maybe if you load one of the other casinos they have while you still have a couple of free spins left that might work again here? Worth a try i guess

I've noticed when I download Hitman in any casino, it takes FOREVER to download. I figured that the casinos are probably just skeered of having a Hitman around. lol

I've played at Golden Reef a lot but I can't play most of the games so I quit playing there.Support couldn't help and redownloading didn't help either.I like their group but I want variety when playing.

Hi Bower, have you tried ording a CD from the casino? I know this has helped me before. I think most microgaming casinos have them and it only takes a couple of days to receive them. Just a thought.

I finally resolved the non loading of Hitman, and i had to system restore my computer to yesterday to fix this problem.
The only casino i played yesterday was a casino rewards one, and i know Hitman was working fine before i played there, it was Casino Classic in fact, and i have notice when playing at a casino rewards casino, my computer can almost freeze whilst the casino software is doing something???? in the background. And even on some occassions when i start the casino software up i receive the message "do i want to play for real money now, because i have only been playing in practice up to now?" which is complete nonsense.
I contacted support, but i might as well been talking Greek to them.
Bower have you tried clearing your temp internet files, and history? And also cleared your Java cache when reinstalling the software?
Because i have had the same problems you speak of in the past, but i cannot remember exactly what i did to solve it?
The only other thing would be to contact Microgaming direct and see if they will tell you what you need to do i guess.
