Hi Nenena, not at this time. They only accept either a bank wire, Western Union or Money Gram. I would suggest either Western Union or Money Gram, its less expensive and it takes less time. If you deposit $200 or more EcoCard doesn't charge a service charge. If it is less then $200 they charge a flat rate of $7.00.
If you make your deposit before 15.00 GMT on a business day, the money will be credited the same day at 14.00 - 16.00 GMT. (when you log into your EcoCard account it will tell you what time it is GMT in the upper right hand corner.)
If you make your deposit after 15.00 GMT, the money will be credited the next business day at 14.00 - 16.00 GMT.
If you send your money after 15.00 GMT on Friday or weekend, the money will be credited the next Monday at 14.00 - 16.00 GMT.
If you choose to do a wire transfer from your checking account, your bank will charge $10.00, the receiving bank will charge $10.00 to receive it and $10.00 to send it to EcoCard and EcoCard charges $10.00 to receive it. So the total charge is $40.00. The same charges apply to when you have money wired to your checking account from your EcoCard account and this can take anywhere from about 3 to 7 days. Which really isn't bad if you have a larger amount to transfer. However, its quite a chunk out of a $50 or a $100 bill.
Geno and I are also trying other methods to see if they work any better.
I hope this information helps!
Good Luck!

Thank you Kell! I guess it does depend on each bank and each state also. The members that I have chatted with about the charges, plus my own experiences were all the same amount so I just assumed, but I should know better. lol I do know that for the USA the $30 charge applies, $10 for EcoCard and $20 for their bank, plus what your bank charges.
I stand corrected.
lol
