Please help. Especially canadian people will know what I am taking about. I have been victim of interac(debitcard) pitated. My bank had to block any transaction and had to issue me a new debit card, new password, etc. for that reason a lot of transaction have been block or stop. And I dont have any way to have access to that bank account to seee reverse transaction anymore. I have one casino in particular arrassing me for transaction 8 months ago that were sent back. and I am sure it was in that time frame when my bank account was block fo rmy security. Now they are telling me that there legal people are bringing me court etc. which I never got any mail letter or court paper from them. I am asking them to get there legal people to contact me to show me what the transaction, the amount, the dates the proof of the transaction that were sent back before I pay them anything to show it was really me and my bank etc. but I can't seem to get this from them. And I dont any people would pay without any proof. And this casino I think is in Gilbraltar. Any suggestion guys I never had problem with any casino before this is the first. Sorry guys when I stated canadian people will know it was about the interac debit card. But I will take any advice from anyone. Interac card (which is bank card) doesn't seem to exist in a lot of states

I'm no lawyer but I totally agree with you about wanting proof. If it is a decent casino they would certainly have proof and try first to settle with you before going thru the legal hassle. They would have to have some kind of proof IF they are truly going to take you to court.

I'm curious to hear what others, who may have been thru a similar situation, have to say. Luckily, I haven't, but it could happen to any of us.

Well I kept all their emails they told me in one email they have all the proof they need and it's now in there legal team hand and anymore emails I send them will be forwarded to their legal team than I ask ask your legal team to sent me the info but than they didn't reply anymore than I sent them papers from my bank to state that my bank account was closed a while back due to fraudulent activity by being pirated and than they told me they legal team is out of the office they will what they can do when they come back in the office on monday. So is there such legal team in casino ??? I don't know but no way I will send 150.00 and 50.00 if they don't sent me proof I just dont any trouble on my side pretty scary stuff now I am starting to think that internet gambling will be out for me. ANd I think they are a very well known casino on internet I just don't want to say who they are at this time.
