I had some problems but restarted my computer then clicked download from site and start over and it installed with no problem....good luck.

I got the $10 and it installed fine, however I cannot play anything! The games will not download. I have uninstalled, I have removed the registry keys, all file connected with the casino, I have shut down my pc, etc. Still cannot play a single game......

Live support at Sterling House Casino told you that ? Try to log back in to Sterling House Casino & tell live support that you would like to claim the free $10. I know they were sister casino to Black Widow, did not know they were connected to Grand Banks. I have Grand Banks Account & Black Widow and they credited me with no questions asked. I would try again with live support............ GOOD LUCK!
