I signed up & rec'd email with acct # & password & a button to click to proceed to collect free cash bonus...
I did as directions advised & went to banking page.... but it wont let me go forward unless I deposit something... (im using neteller & when I put in my info without a deposit amount it wont let me go forward)
Have you actually rec'd the bonus & if so, what did you do at that point?

I received mine in 20 mins, but I contacted Live Support so maybe you should do the same thing and it would be alot faster. I emailed them and all I received was my id info so I decided to contact Live Support and the bonus was in my acct within 20mins.

So give that a try and it should work,

I tried that but now they have a note up before a live operator comes on..
It says if you are asking for the bonus to email support LOL

Maybe too many people were bugging live help for the bonus.

I am waiting for mine too. I have not received an email back at all yet.

Ooooook.. has anyone gone into the cashier section of Royal Dutch?

I went in there and I have NO button that says deposit/register card or anything. All I have is tournament buttons and player update and a Cash Out.
I clicked on cash out button to see if maybe I could get deposit info there and guess what? DNS error.. so maybe I will NEVER be able to cashout!

Laughing Laughing Laughing So if anyone has visited the cashier section I would appreciate info.. first two buttons on left side are not active and one (I think) on the right side are not active.

Well I contacted live support. You won't believe what they told me LOL
They kept telling me to go to the website to bank.. and I kept saying yes but what about the SOFTWARE cashier problem.. FINALLY they come back with
The technicians are working on it and you should try again in one minute. The software wasn't done. I should reinstall it.

umm ok they are gonna fix it in one minute. I am not sure if they were talking about the website or the software at that point Laughing

Let me know please if anyone has checked out the cashier section in the software and what they have. I am curious.

Well newest problem with Royal I am having.. my email was sent back for the $10 free bonus because their mail was over quota!!
Several of the buttons in the cashier section of the software have been fixed. I can now transfer money from the sportsbook to casino and back again but still one button not finished. I think the actual DEPOSIT button.

My opinion is they haven't even finished their software or have their act together at this casino yet.

I hope if anyone wins they are able to cash out. Let me know. I am beginning to have a lot of doubts about this casino.
