Perhaps you could use a little tutorial from Luscious Lola with regards to women. Tried to teach poor "Crushadmin" a thing or two but after seeing him run away, I believe the kitchen might be a more suitable place for the men. Not to worry, honey, the women will handle the difficult stuff, you just concentrate on loading and unloading that dishwasher!

OMG ROFLMAO, you tell 'em girlfriend! re my penguins, a very sweet friend of mine did that for me. Around here, with the boys who shall remain nameless, I've found that the penguins can sum up exactly what I'm thinking without getting me in too much trouble.
