Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area...

Yesterday I made a deposit at Grand Aces casino. The money was deducted from my Moneybookers account and never showed up in my Casino account. I contacted online support and was told it takes 2 days for the money to clear..... Not sure if that is true or not cause the money was instantly deducted from My Moneybookers account. Has this ever happened to anybody else.. If so please let me know... Thank You!!

made a deposit with moneybookers, took 24 hours, usually is instant.

Asked live support and they said that they randomly check some transactions.

This wasnt grand Aces but another casino with same software.........

I use moneybookers all the time and i only have problem's when i deposit into RTG casino's it is ment to be instant but sometimes it takes time so just sit back and wait it will show up Smile

but if you want to ease your mind alittle you can send an email to moneybookers and they will hunt it down for you .

i just joined moneybrokers because i was having so much trouble with my credit card being accecpted and they said to enjoy using their services but i needed to know it was not to be used for on-line gambling. do you think this could have anything to do with it? what happens now can i use moneybrokers in the casino or not? Question

If your credit card company does not allow deposits into online gambling casinos, Then Moneybookers will not allow it either.. You can e-mail me If you like. I can help you with this.. usawopp@hotmail.com
