does anyone else have the problem of gettin disconnected from those sites? was wanting to play the new free roll in super slots but can't get it

Yes it happens to me all the time, expecially when a new free tournament comes out. I think it must be overloading their server or something..if i am persistant and keep trying i can eventually get in.

same here...can't connect to SuperSlots, English Harbour, Nine, Silver Dollar or Hot Pepper. I thought there was something wrong with my puter, LOL

Hello everyone, I'm having the same problem too! Imkel, you mentioned this has happened to you before and after you try several times you get in......this has happened to me also and if I keep trying it will let me in. But this time is different than all the previous times......when I go to the tournaments page the left side of the screen is white and has a < sign only.......nothing else showing up. I called customer service and they are not sure what is going on, yesterday was the first day several customers called in advising the trouble they were having. The casino is "trouble shooting" this problem and hopefully we will be able to play soon, I hope so I love those tournaments!

i have beenm diconnected about 100 times at both casino but am always able to reconnet right away

This has been going on for months, one time I bought in on one of the slot games. I had about 2 hours until the end, and I had moved into third place from around forty something and I got disconnected. I tried for four hours trying to get on but couldn't. It happened to be a winner take all tournament. So I wasn't very happy, even though I probably never would have made it to first anyways. I contcted the support to make sure it wasn't my computer and she said it was on their end. The next day I got an email that said they deposited $25 for my troubles, which I was greatfull for

I figured out after a very long time that..all those casino's update their casino software daily..if you try to log in while their updating you can't get in..so wait a while..then try again..evenings are best..mornings are usually when they update..hope this helps..
