I tried at VIP Louge also, and no slot machine came up so i talked with online chat and Samatha of live online chat said to try back in about 5 hours. At that time it was 11PM here in Las Vegas where I live, and it was 5AM where I was talking to, she said management would be in about 5 hours and to try again, I hope this helps, this is the first time I have ever done anything like this. I hope this is correct. Happy Holidays everyone and very lucky 2007 for all of us at online casinos!!!!!!!

the free spins took about 5 min. to come up ----i have an existing acct., i downloaded the casino again, signed in with my existing user name and password, and about 5 min. later the free spins popped up, i made $58 to play.

Well that was the fastest I have ever gone through $64 bonus, I never even got to play it. MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE CASHOUT BUTTON! I never even saw it I'm sure it was there I think I got exited about have free money I just over looked it. Talked to live support she told me that I had lost it. When I logged on, the slot machine wasn't there either...I was told to delete casino and re-download. I did and it worked!! But....i won 37.00 and could not see it.
