well first of all you are getting paid so why are you complaining, and you think they should compensate you for this? and you are getting paid for using a free coupon, i personally know a few people who love to play here and have lots of luck....and if you asked me to compensate you i would hang up also....and like it says it takes about 48 hours to process that doesn't mean you will get paid in 48 hours...and when he found out your bonus was less than 100% he contacted proper department and saw that you will receive your payment so sheesh, so i guess my problem is how can you complain about a casino that is paying you free money even if it took a year to get, its FREE!!!!!!!!!

the thing is when casinos see posts like this it ruins it for everyone, no wonder there are not many more freebies out there...i mean sheesh if a casino pays me off a free chip and i havent deposited you better believe i will deposit soon

That is not the point I deposited $50 and got a 30%No Playthrough Bonus on that $50, which is just $15, so just because i got that bonus I must wait more than a week to be paid?? and also this was my first ever withdrawal and I have always deposit there, they take my money real quickly though?? so i just think i should be paid just as fast or in the promised time period.. thats all

i still think they are being fair, always read the terms and conditions of any casino before you deposit with a bonus, i can however find it hard to wait on any cash out, i know of one casino that takes up to 2 weeks to payout, but i know a good one that has same day payouts within a few hours of your withdraw
