It said I wasn't elligible because of "my account activity in sterling house casino" apparently im a bonus abuser...Which I am not I deposit at sevral playtechs and have not had a problem with any other playtech but this one. I think it may be because the guy I talked to from sterling house was a jerk. I guesss this was his way of getting back at me. They said I coiuld deposit but i told them no thanks i know i would end up getting screwed over if i tried to cashout..beware of sterling house lol
